Let me hide here for a while

Everyone tells me that "Sweden is right next to Norway, the language is almost the same, so I don't know why you not understand" yah, the language is sooooo similar. Its like saying cat and mean dog. Do you say I'm going to understand that? Somehow, I have been here for like three days, and I understand pretty much, but if something is hard to understand, English or Kurdish works out! (No, I don't speak Kurdish, but my boyfriend and his cousin that lives here does). With other words, its nice to be a little bit away from anything, like when I was out shooting earlier. The feeling of being all alone is so amazing, because every single moment there is people around me. If it not anyone I know, there is some of the people living here, that I have not met yet.
About the place  I was shooting, its really beautiful. This is one of the entrance to the house here, and the first time I walked trough it it was really scary. It was all dark outside and the trees is so lo that I got almost everything in my head.. But, when I saw it in daylight, I couldn't say anything but "This is beautiful!"

Heyhey Sweden!

At the moment, I'm sitting on a bus to Sweden, and i'm crossing the country-line short time. Witch means I cannot use my own mobile-internet, if I don't want a hell of a bill to pay(Sorry for the language). So, I have to use a really bad network, that my spotify don't even like. So, music, bye bye!
But, as I have understand, I can use the internet pretty much on the evenings in Garmian's house. (The one we going to live with in Sweden. So, that means I can upload! *Super happyface x1000*

This picture is taken in Oslo the last time I was there, I have just never got to upload it. Today, I didn't had the time to capture anything, my boyfriend was already so slow that we almost missed the buss(even trough we was in Oslo 2 hours early!)

Okay, then I was in Sweden, witch means a bad network. So I think I should stick to Facebook and Photoshop.. lol

Edit: This was supposed to be posted one hour ago, but the network didn't allow me to..

Just for family, you know

The last week we had family visit from England. With other words I have been around in Norway just taking family pictures. Kinda boring, but the visit was fun. So I haven't had time to shoot anything but some photos of my new necklace I've got. When I was in Oslo we has some extra time, so that was what I spend my time doing. While everyone else was talking about how nice the city is. Sorry, I think I've seen it to many times to love it, lol.
So, just a little update on why I haven't been so active. By the way I'm going away for a week too, and don't know how much I can be online. But I'm going to bring both my camera and my computer!

One of the pictures of my necklace. Isn't it beautiful?

This picture actually means a lot to me. You will probably ask why, but that's because of how I have captured it. My favorite motive, flowers and my baby(the dog) is both in it, and this two things is what keeping me up these days. Yes, I have my boyfriend and things like this, but seriously, my dog and flowers is what keeps me going at the moment.
I know the dog loves me, and to have him cuddling with me in the bed every single night, and to take walks up in the forest with him, is so relaxing and warm. I really love him, and although his not been mine very long, he has taken a really big part of my heart already.

Jacki really love to play with balls, and to run after them. And even thought he's little, he is surprisingly fast!

I love you

I got inspired to make a .gif today, but I don't actually like the way it turned out. I'll have to work more on the lightning and to keep my camera still. Maybe there is a good idea to move the camera out of my bed? But, if I spend some time at it, I can really make this thing look a little bit better. Just make sure my camera stand still, and experiment with some light. What do you think?

Reminds me of a tiger

The Lilium Bulbiferum is a so beautiful flower! And the pattern reminds me so much of a tiger. Especially the orange one. We have yellow ones on the garden too, but they haven't started blooming yet. Why the wall behind the pictures got all blue, I have no Idea really. But, I captured almost what I wanted to, so I'm quite happy.

By the way, if you look a little bit to the right ----------->
There you'll see some buttons, a Flickr, a Facebook and a Twitter-button. When you click at those buttons, you'll come to my photography page on Facebook(if you click the Facebook-button) My Flickr-account(if you click the Flickr-button) and to my Twitter-account(If you click the Twitter-button)

So, that's all for now!

Bubbles and balloons?

Have you ever seen the Step Up movies? Have you ever watched the third movie, Step Up 3? Those are all great dance movies and so, but why I'm talking about them, is because if you have see'n it, you had understand why I thought of this movie when I should pick a name for this picture. Bubbles and balloons, is the name of Moose's first battle in that movie. So, I just missed the balloons in this picture.
I think I have to barrow my sister's soap bubbles and buy some balloons for my next shot!
This picture is actually put together by many pictures! I stood on the same place, and my friend helped me taking pictures after I had set the camera settings right. So, a big thanks to my friend, Caroline!

Next time I'm going to do something like this, I'll have to be more prepared! Because this time it was just like; "ANDREA, can we barrow your soap bubbles??"(Andrea is my little sister) and then we started shooting.. Not good prepared, and as you see, the light absolutely sucks!

I'm in love...

...with Digital Photography School! I have read, read, grabbed my camera and read a little more, for about 2 weeks now. So, really, I'm totally in love with Digital Photography School(or DPS as I'm prefer to call it). There are really so many great tips there, and you can learn so much small things that is so much worth, but that is hard to teach all by yourself!

When I'm already writing about this, I recommend you all to read  the "100 things I've learned about photography"-link, that you can find by clicking here.

Image borrowed from the writer of the list, Markus Reugels. Click here for the image source.

The writer of the list is German, and writes his blog in Germanic. But he has translated the list to English for publishing to DPS. Nice guy, right?

I freakin' miss you

I think I failed a lot with this shot, but the thoughts behind it were to tell a little story. I have read so much about it and seen so many examples on it lately that I just had to try it out myself. So, as I hope you understand, the basic meaning, that I miss my boyfriend too much. The necklace is supposed to mean something from him that I keep with me. Yah, you could interpret it in your way. And if you want to, tell me what you see or think of when you see this picture?

By the way, this book is something I drag with me almost everywhere! I'm not happy with that I soon have to buy a new one, because of everything I have written down in it, hehe

A little fairy; selfportrait

Picture I took a while ago, edited on the wings and a butterfly in Photoshop. What do you think?

The start of a photography blog!

For a little while, I have really missed to have a place to write a little about my photography and share things I found useful. So, I'll start this blog basically to be an inspiration to others, and to share things I don't feel I can share everywhere else.  So, just a very short information about me, behind the screen and camera; My name is Christina, i'm 16 years old and live in Norway. I love to photograph, take walks with my camera and be inspired both by things I see myself and things that others capture.

Purple sky and purple flowers.
